The City of Cape Town and Productivity South Africa have again partnered to implement the Productivity Efficiency Programme – a collaborative effort to assist Cape Town- based SMMEs grow their business.

The Productivity Efficiency Programme is designed to assist small businesses that employ between 15 and 100 people. By increasing productivity and effectiveness, businesses are empowered to:

• Increase profits and/or sales
• Retain staff and grow staff
• Assist with arrangements to alleviate municipal
• accounts in arrears
• Scale the business model
• Improve operational processes
